Two Brothers were arrested after they reportedly frauded a rice seller with fake currency

On Thursday, The Delta state Police Direction captured two siblings, Sunday Durosinmi Onikoyi, 29, and Felix Durosinmi Onikoyi, 20, for supposedly swindling clueless individuals from general society with phony money. 

According the daily reports that the two siblings were inhabitants of 30, Akala Road, Idi-Oro Mushin, Lagos State. 

Their capture, as per the order, pursued a trouble call by one Mr Moses Nwese of Gas-line zone of Ijoko Ota, that the two men went to his shop to purchase two packs of rice; giving him the whole of N29,000 in one-thousand-naira group. 

Nwese expressed further that the two siblings left his shop hastily and keeping in mind that checking the cash, he found that all the cash notes were phony. 

An announcement marked by the representative of the Ogun Police Direction stated, "upon the data, the DPO Sango Ota Division, CSP Godwin Idehai, who was on routine watch of the zone with his men fervently pursued the suspects and got them captured in a Honda Odyssey vehicle with enlistment number LSR 504 AZ. 

"On looking through them, N78,000 counterfeit one thousand naira notes were recuperated from them. Additionally recouped from them are; One unregistered Bajaj bike and 10 sacks of rice." 

In the mean time, the Official of Police, CP Bashir Makama has requested a full-scale examination concerning the exercises of the two suspects; including that they ought to be summoned under the steady gaze of a court of equipped ward when examination is finished up.
