Kenyan Pastor rebuffed by government for uncovering bosom of lady he guaranteed he was conveying from malignant growth on Live TV (video)

Mainstream Kenyan TV preacher, James Ng'ang'a has been fined by the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) over a naked substance circulated on his Sasa TV allowed to-air channel. 

The General Overseer of Neno Evangelism Center was fined 1 million pushing (N3.4m) for airing the grown-up substance during hours it was limited on Live TV. Affirming the "discipline" Pastor James Ng'ang'a was served, CA Director of Public Affairs Chris Wambua said grown-up substance is carefully disallowed on TV somewhere in the range of 5am and 10pm. It is otherwise called the watershed time frame. 

"He has been fined 1 million peddling for proceeding to communicate when a lady's bosom were uncovered. 

"This occurred during the watershed time frame which is infringing upon one of the Communication Authority guidelines and guidelines. He was first issued with a notice which we anticipated that him should stop yet he didn't," Wambua clarified. 

The questionable Kenyan Pastor anyway protected himself, expressing that he shouldn't be considered in charge of what occurs during a liberation administration. He further uncovered that he is engaging the fine against him.
