Key observer in US ex-police murder preliminary shot dead

A man who was a key observer in the homicide preliminary of previous Dallas, United States cop Amber Guyger was lethally shot Friday in the parking garage of his high rise, as per lawyer Lee Merritt. 

Joshua Brown was a neighbor of shooting unfortunate casualty Botham Jean at the South Side Flats condos. Jean was sitting in his unit in September 2018 when Guyger strolled inside and shot him to death. Dark colored says he lived legitimately over the lobby from Jean. 

Merritt, lawyer for Jean's family, disclosed to CNN he addressed Brown's mom who affirmed the demise. Kimberlee Leach, the representative for Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot, additionally affirmed late Saturday that Brown was the unfortunate casualty in the shooting. Dallas police reacted to a require a taking shots at the Atera Apartments complex around 10:30 p.m. Friday, police told CNN. Officials were waved to by observers who guided them to Brown, who was lying on the ground of the condo parking garage with numerous gunfire wounds. "She smells a rat and it is hard to discount it," Merritt composed. "He had no known adversaries. He worked professionally. He was not in the roads. We need answers. Right away."
