President Donald Trump Arrives in Israel to Create Peace Deal Between Israel and Hamas

President Donald Trump arrived in Israel on Monday to oversee a landmark peace agreement between Israel and Hamas, a deal expected to bring an end to the two-year war in Gaza.

Trump landed in Tel Aviv, telling reporters before his departure that he was optimistic about the peace efforts. He also praised Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, commending him for doing a “very good job” in helping secure the deal.

According to reports, the U.S. president is expected to meet with families of hostages and address the Knesset in Jerusalem before traveling to Egypt’s Red Sea resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh, where world leaders are set to finalize the peace accord.
