It was seen in a Viral CCTV footage as it showed the moment two men stole some metal manhole covers.
In the video, the Two men were spotted loading the metal manhole covers in a tricycle popularly known as Keke Napep, which they came with.
According to a Political analyst, Kayode Ogundamisi who shared the video captioned;
