Tara Jayne MCconanchy who described herself as Plastic Surgery Queen has stepped out in Style with her extreme look.

The 33yr old Barbie doll was spotted at Melbourne On Tuesday, March 15 where she visited a Posh Japanese Resturant with her mother.

In the photos, It is seen that the Tattooed nurse wore a tight skin-tight romper that showed off her shape matching her fair tanned complexion.

Tara who got popular for her Botched face revealed that she spent $200,000 AUD over her appearance.

She also had five boob jobs and her most recent implant size is a whopping 1050cc.

Tara has also had a tip rhinoplasty, buttocks implants, veneers, Botox and fillers.

She revealed that she is not done with the plastic surgeries.
