A Kenyan man named Ongiri has found himself in a devastating situation after discovering that his wife, whom he trusted, mismanaged his hard-earned money while he was working abroad.

Ongiri revealed that he had been in Canada for years and had been sending money to his wife in Kenya to build a house. However, upon his return, he was shocked to find that the house she had built was nothing more than a mud house.

Ongiri explained that he had given his wife ksh 150k equivalent to 1.7 million naira, to purchase windows and other materials for the house. However, it became evident that she had misused the funds and abandoned the project, leaving everything in disarray.

In a Interview with brightentheepl, he said: “I truly thought I could trust her and that she was the one for me. I didn’t know she could do this.

“I tried reaching her yesterday and demanded to know where my house is and the money for investments that I had sent her. I also called her, but my calls went unanswered.”
