Needed French Couple Arrested In Abidjan After 23 Years On The Run

Frenchman Jean-Claude Lacote, needed since 1996 for killing a British businessperson has been captured in Abidjan, following 23-years on the run. 

The outlaw even purportedly facilitated an unscripted television wrongdoing program and arranged a brassy jail break. Lacote, 53, and his better half Hilde Van Acker, 56, were each condemned to life in their nonattendance for the murdering of agent Marcus Mitchell who was shot twice in the head in Belgium in 1996.
